About the Artwork
Q: Are these original designs?
A: Yes, all artwork is created by Giovanni Mills. Some designs may be collaborations, in which case are noted accordingly.
Q: Does Giovanni take commissions?

The Craft
Q: What tools and materials do you use?
A: I have trained myself to use both traditional methods as well as digital. When it comes to drawing I typically use a 0.5 mechanical pencil (Pentel Graphgear 1000), 2H Lead Holder (Staedtler), or a normal wooden pencil any brand works. No literally any brand works when it comes to drawing I have pencils from the dollar store from when I was a kid and I draw with them all the time, the only difference is how it feels using that specific pencil and graphite hardness. Also your going to want a kneaded eraser and plastic eraser. When it comes to drawing digitally I have created my own pencils which should be listed in the digital products tab.
When it comes to inking I use a mix of tools, I have a winsor newton #2 brush, Hunt 102 Nib quill, Microns, and brush pens which I believe are made by pentel. The ink I use is rapidograph ultradraw. And once again when it comes to digital I have created my own inking tools which I use along with some tools by other creators/artists.
The tablet I use to work digitally is a XPPen Artist 22R Pro.
I recommend experimentation to find the tools that work best for you. I find that it often changes by project depending on what you feel you need or want to use.
